Floral is our Bourbon Amarillo — a rare Colombian variety grown at 1,700–1,950 meters above sea level in the misty mountains of Planadas, Tolima — the misty mountains of Colombia's coffee country. Washed process, Scandinavian light roast. Roasted in small batches in Medellín by master Colombian roasters we partner with, and sealed with a one-way degassing valve that locks in every floral, tea-like note. Coffee with a soul.
