At Pethalia Coffee Co., we believe great coffee should reach you as quickly and easily as possible. That's why we offer free shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase required.

Free Shipping We offer complimentary shipping on every order, no promo codes or minimum spend needed.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM begin processing the same day; orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Time Once shipped, delivery takes 2–4 business days. Your total estimated delivery time from order date is approximately 4–7 business days.

Order Tracking You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
